Quick Guide
- Lollipop bay tree underplanted with four white cyclamen
- Rounded blue egg pot sets off green and white
- Planted by hand at Boma in Kentish Town
- Made to order for your front step or terrace
- Neat shape suits doorways, balconies and courtyards
- Bay stays green long after Christmas is packed away
- Ready-planted outdoor planter, no potting up needed
A neat ball of glossy bay leaves on a slim stem, with four white cyclamen gathered round its feet, all sitting in a rounded blue egg pot. It's a classic arrangement, and that's why it works so well at Christmas: crisp white flowers, deep green leaves and a cool blue pot that look smart next to a wreath on the door or lights along the railings.
Put it by the front step and it greets everyone who comes round for mince pies. Set two either side of the door and the whole house looks ready for guests. On a balcony or terrace, it gives you something cheerful to look at when the evenings draw in early.
We plant each one by hand at Boma in Kentish Town once you order, so it's ready to go straight outside. And when the decorations come down in January, the bay is still there, evergreen and tidy, ready for a fresh round of seasonal planting in the same outdoor plant pot.
Plant Care and Where to Place Tips
Give it a bright spot outside, where the cyclamen can enjoy the cool air. Water when the top of the compost feels dry, pouring round the edge of the pot rather than into the middle of the cyclamen, and never let it sit waterlogged. Twist off faded flowers at the base of the stalk to make way for new ones. In a hard frost, move it against a sheltered wall. Feed the bay with a general liquid feed in spring and summer, trim it lightly to keep its lollipop shape, and swap the cyclamen for fresh seasonal plants as they finish.

Items bought in-store or collected can be returned directly at the garden centre. If you would like us to collect a return and it is in good condition (e.g. you have changed your mind), it must be in its original condition, and the same delivery cost will apply for the return.
Plants marked as reduced for end-of-season clearance are non-refundable, as they are sold specifically to clear stock. This does not apply to special offers or multibuy promotions, which are eligible for returns as per our standard terms.
