Quick Guide
- Planted by hand at Boma in Kentish Town
- Made to order for winter windowsills and front steps
- White cyclamen that brighten grey winter mornings
- Ruby-red heuchera foliage for warmth and depth
- Green and white trailing ivy softens the edges
- Violas add cheerful faces among the leaves
- Plain terracotta-toned window box suits most homes
Winter is when you look out of the window most and garden least. The Regent Window Box is planted for exactly that. White cyclamen sit at the heart of it, bright enough to catch your eye on a dull morning, with a second cyclamen alongside. Two heucheras bring ruffled, ruby-red leaves, and a pair of violas tuck in among them. Three trailing ivies, green edged with white, spill over the front and soften the line of the box.
It's all set in a plain terracotta-toned window box, so the plants do the talking. It sits well on a kitchen sill, a balcony ledge or either side of the front door, and suits a Victorian terrace as easily as a new-build flat.
We plant every one by hand at Boma in Kentish Town once you order, so it's full and settled before it goes out. All you have to do is choose where you'll see it most.
Plant Care
Give it a bright spot; a little winter sun suits it well. Water when the top of the compost feels dry, aiming at the soil rather than the cyclamen leaves, and make sure excess water can drain away. Winter growth is slow, so there's no need to feed until spring. In hard frost, move it close to a house wall or into a sheltered porch. Pick off faded flowers by twisting the stems at the base. When the flowers finish, keep the ivy and heuchera and swap in fresh seasonal plants. On a sill, check it's secure first.

Items bought in-store or collected can be returned directly at the garden centre. If you would like us to collect a return and it is in good condition (e.g. you have changed your mind), it must be in its original condition, and the same delivery cost will apply for the return.
Plants marked as reduced for end-of-season clearance are non-refundable, as they are sold specifically to clear stock. This does not apply to special offers or multibuy promotions, which are eligible for returns as per our standard terms.
