Perennial winter-hardy plants flowering year after year in the garden. A long flowering period that starts in late summer and prolongs into winter.

These Rococo are ideal for a partially shady spot in well-drained soil in the garden or even in decorative containers.

The large blooms of Ranunculus are ideal for use as a cut flower with a long vase life. The stems reach a height of 65-75cm

Planting Guide

If your are planting a Ranunculus in the garden, lightly fork over to loosen the soil. Add in organic matter by digging in some Peat-free John Innes compost. Once the soil is mixed, dig a small hole with a spade and add to the bottom of the planting hole a generous handful of Mycorrhizal fungi.  Place the Ranunculus and back-fill with soil. Make sure you have not buried the plant lower in the ground than it was in the pot.  After planting, firm the soil around the plant so the plants roots are in touch with the garden soil. After planting water thoroughly, make sure the soil is moist but not too wet for the first two weeks.

Our team of horticulturists planned our garden centre to show plants in their natural habitat, with inspirational displays. Looking for plants is like taking a walk in a botanical sanctuary.
And for those that consider our canine friends an essential part of life, bring your best mate along. Hopefully, they'll get along with our house cat Blue Bell.
