I live in a flat, do you deliver to my house door?

We deliver kerbside only, meaning our driver will bring your order to the nearest accessible point at the roadside or drive (if appropriate) outside your address.

There are a few reasons for this: our deliveries often include large, heavy items such as planters, compost bags, or large plants and trees which are not suited to stairs, lifts, or narrow hallways. Kerbside delivery also helps us keep costs reasonable and maintain reliable time slots across our route. If you need help moving items once delivered, please speak with our driver — however, we cannot guarantee assistance as this is assessed on a case-by-case basis.

Can I track my order with a track & trace code?


Our London courier delivery service is delivered on your reserved day in the morning or afternoon period, as requested when placing the order. Due to the short time slot, we are unable to offer live transit tracking at this time.

What are the shipping costs?

Can I select a preferred day for delivery?

Whether you are shopping in-store or online, you can choose your preferred delivery date — either morning or afternoon — based on available slots. Depending on the season, we do not deliver every day and there are a limited number of deliveries per slot. Please check availability online at checkout, or speak with the Boma team at the till.

What happens if I'm not at home?

Unlike a standard courier service, our deliveries are made by our own team and require someone to be present at the time of delivery. Please ensure you select a date when you will be available to receive your order. If you have a preferred kerbside drop-off point — such as a driveway or sheltered area — please let us know in the order notes at checkout. We are unable to take responsibility for orders left unattended in an exposed or unsecured location.

Can I pick up my order?

Yes, simply select the "I will pick up this order at your garden centre" option during the check out. We will notify you by email once your order is ready for collection.

How long does it take before I receive my order?

This depends on stock availability. If your items are in stock, we will deliver on the date you have selected, whether ordered in-store or online. We take care to ensure all plants are in pristine condition before dispatch — if any items fall below our standards, we will contact you to offer alternatives or the option to cancel. Where relevant, we will arrange an updated delivery date.

What courier service do you use for deliveries?

For most deliveries, we use our own team and vehicles. For deliveries further afield within the M25, we use third-party courier services with individual drivers assigned to each delivery.

Do you ship to the United Kingdom?

We generally deliver within the M25, using our own team or trusted couriers to ensure your order arrives safely and undamaged. For deliveries outside this area, please contact us at [email protected] and we will do our best to help on a case-by-case basis.

Do you ship to Ireland?

Unfortunately not — our deliveries are currently limited to postcodes within London's M25. If you have a specific enquiry within mainland UK, please contact us at [email protected].
