How can I apply a discount code in your webshop?
If you have a discount code, just go to the last step of the check out and enter your code in the "Enter a Coupon or Rewards Voucher Code" field. Click on apply to confirm your code. If your code is eligible, any discounts will be applied directly.
Can I amend/cancel my order after it has been paid for?
This depends if we already processed your order. Please contact us by email at [email protected] or call 020 7284 4999 if you have questions.
Can I use discount codes in-store as well?
No, our discount codes can only be used on our webshop.
I have not received an order confirmation, what should I do?
Please contact us by email at [email protected] or call 020 7284 4999 to get a copy of your confirmation. It might be helpful to send us your payment information, like the total amount, date and time of your order.
Are all prices inclusive of VAT?
Yes, all prices on our website include VAT and relevant taxes.
Do you offer gift-wrapping?
Yes we offer gift wrapping on some of our products
Can I write a personal message?
Yes, you can add a small message on the check out.
