What delivery options do you offer?

I live in a flat, do you deliver to my house door?
Our local delivery is Kerbside only. Our National delivery can be delivered to your front door, please note in your order where you want your products to be delivered
Can I track my order with a track & trace code?
For National Delivery, you will receive an email confirmation once we ship your order. This confirmation includes a courier tracking link.
Local delivery orders are delivered on your reserved day and morning or afternoon period, as requested when placing the order. Due to the short time slot, we are unable to offer live transit tracking at this time.
What are the shipping costs?

Can I select a preferred day for delivery?
Yes, please let us know in your order when you would like your delivery
What happens if I'm not at home?
Our courier will try to deliver the package at a later moment again or, if that's not possible, drop it off at a logistics hub near your place. You can pick up the package yourself.
Can I pick up my order?
Yes, simply select the "I will pick up this order at your garden centre" option during the check out. We will notify you by email once your order is ready for collection.
How long does it take before I receive my order?
We usually ship products within 48 hours and the delivery can take up to 48 hours as well. So it should be with you within 2 to 4 days.
What courier service do you use for deliveries?
We use DPD or DHL for nationwide shipping. For Local Deliveries within the M25, we use either our own vans or third-party courier services.
Do you ship to the United Kingdom?
Yes, we do ship most of our products on our webshop to the UK.
Do you ship to Ireland?
Boma ships non-plant and non-local delivery products to Northern Ireland. We are unable to ship to Ireland.
