Which gift vouchers do you accept?
We accept our own gift vouchers, the National Garden Gift Voucher and XYZ.
Do you sell and redeem the HTA National Garden Gift Voucher?
Yes, you can buy and redeem the HTA National Garden Gift Voucher in-store. You cannot use the National Garden Gift Voucher on our webshop at this moment.
When does my gift card expire?
Our own gift cards expire 12 months after they have been purchased. The National Garden Gift Vouchers expires after 30 months from the date on which they are purchased.
How can I check the remain balance on my gift card?

If you lost your gift card, just visit our garden centre and talk to our customer support team. We're not always able to help you but are happy to see what we can do for you.

Can I redeem gift cards online?
Yes, at the check out on our website, you can select "Enter a Coupon or Rewards Voucher Code and enter your card number to redeem your gift card. We will automatically redeem as much as possible to pay for your purchase. If any balance is left, you can use it on your next purchase with us.
If I buy a gift card online, can I redeem it in store?
Yes, all our gift cards can be used both online and in-store.
Can I exchange a gift card for cash?
No, it's not possible to exchange gift cards for cash.
