I want to return an item you delivered, do you pick it up at my home?

No, we don't have a collection service available. Our return options are as follows:

  • Return the item to the garden centre After you have contacted our customer service team by email with the invoice and item details, we will provide instructions for returning items to the garden centre.
  • Return items via our DHL national courier with a printed label We will email you a 'Return Shipping Label'. You can print and attach the label to the parcel you are returning and take the labelled parcel to the DHL local collection point closest to your address for your convenience. It will avoid you having to wait at home for a courier to arrive.

Do I get my money back if I return a product?

We give a full refund, excluding any shipping charges, on online orders.

Can I return a damaged product?

Plants are perishable goods. If you wish to return plants for any reason, you can do so within 14 days of receipt of your order and receive a refund for the cost of the plant. If you wish to return non-plant products, including seeds and bulbs, you can do so within 30 days of receipt of your order and receive a refund for the cost of the product.

Can I return a gift card?

No, it's not possible to return gift cards.

Who pays the costs for returning items?

If you have to ship an item back to our garden centre, you have to pay for any charges. Keep in mind that this can be expensive if you return large products.

Can I return plants or flowers?

Plants are perishable goods. If you wish to return plants for any reason, you can do so within 14 days of receipt of your order and receive a refund for the cost of the plant.

How long is the warranty on my purchaes?

We offer a 14 day return on plants and 30 days on non plant products but exemptions may apply.
